Dropping, Adding & Changing Subjects

Who Must Avail the Service:

Student who wishes to add, change & drop subjects after enrollment.

Schedule of Availability of Service:

Monday to Friday

7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturday

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Fees: Php 50.00 for reprinting of registration form

Requirements:

  • Duly approved General Clearance
  • Application for graduation
  • Final rating form

Steps on How to Avail of the Service:

Students Office Activity
Step 1. Proceed to the registrar’s office window 7 to secure the prescribed form The personnel in-charge at window 5, checks the registration form of the student.
Step 2. Fill – up the form and proceed to the concerned officials for approval
  • Approve request for adding, dropping and changing of subject
Step 3. Proceed to the Cashier’s office & pay the required fees.
  • Issue official receipt
Step 4. Submit the duly accomplished form & receipt to the Registrar’s office encoding section
  • Receive duly accomplished form
  • Encode request
  • Issue official registration form

Time Frame:

30 – 35 minutes
