To provide quality education for future accountants through a student centered teaching program, enhanced faculty competence gained thru series of continuing professional education (CPE), highly competent research staff, and extension programs and linkages with various industries.

3. To provide the students with the foundation for building additional knowledge, experience and with maturity, for acquiring qualities that enhance professional competence and integrity.
4. To provide a continuing faculty development program.
5. To establish linkages with various industries for student training and development.
6. To conduct extension programs and researches which contribute to the improvement of the quality of life.

To equip the students through curricular programs, the required knowledge and skills about business organization, how they function in the practical context of business environment, the managerial decision making process, and relevant matters and issues besetting the business world in the light of recent trends and developments.
3. To provide formal development programs that encourage the faculty members to keep up with new knowledge and techniques in their field, improve their teaching skills and course materials and continue their professional growth.
4. To conduct innovative and relevant researches that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and skills.
5. To continue with outreach and extension programs that aim to improve the standard of living in the local community.
6. To foster harmonious linkages with business establishments for on-the-job training (OJT) and possible employment of students.
7. To establish alumni organization among Commerce graduates to promote self-growth and socio-economic involvement.
