From time to time, the University shall issue guidelines for efficient enrolment mechanism, taking into consideration the welfare and comfort of the students. In consonance with Dr. Orata's philisophy of accessible education for all, applicants may be admitted to UCU upon the the admission requirements.

• Form 138
• Birth Certificate (NSO certified)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (from their former school)
• Barangay Clearance
• 2 copies 2 x 2 ID picture
• Interview: Guidance Office
• GWA Requirements as may be set by the college/department concerned

For Transferees

• Transfer Credentials
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (from their former school)
• Certified true copy of grades
