1.1 Establish adequate provisions of curricular programs, faculty instructional materials and facilities.
1.2. Provide updated and relevant institutional facilities for the benefit of the students as well as faculty members.
1.3. Encourage revitalize criminology student organizations.
1.4. Establish and maintain alternative learning system.
1.5. Upgrade the competence and strengthen the commitment of the faculty and staff. Work for equitable re-enumeration benefit and welfare.
1.6. Aspire the highest percentage of board examination passers.
1.7. To attain complete recognition of the College of Criminology by the Commission on Higher Education.
