Applicant must be a holder of Bachelor’s degree , preferably BSE, BEED or AB or any Bachelor’s Degree with at least 18 units of credit in Professional Education or its equivalent including Observation and Participation in Practice Teaching from any educational institution duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education.
Master units earned in other colleges/ universities may a credited, with a maximum of 18 units provided that such units were taken within a 5-year period before the enrolment in the college, provided further that the residency requirements shall be satisfactorily fulfilled.
Other graduate courses taken and passed by the students in other colleges/ universities with similar contents as that of UCU but which have different titles or nomenclatures, shall be evaluated and validated upon approval of the Dean.
A subject may be DROPPED before three-fourth of the required hours is over. If dropping is done after the middle of the semester, the professor concerned must be indicate the date and class standing of the student at the time of dropping as either PASSING or FAILING for administrative purposes. Tuition and other fees will not be refunded if courses are dropped or students transfer from UCU to other schools.
Returning students who started graduate work at UCU stopped for several years and coming back to finish their graduate programs may be re-admitted following the provisions below:
