UCC welcomes Freshmen, Transferees with Week-Long Orientation

Urdaneta City University held a comprehensive orientation week for its freshmen and transferees at the University Gymnasium from September 14 to September 22, 2023.

During the morning sessions, University's key officials offered valuable insights into the institution's mission, academic programs, and support services. They stressed the importance of academic excellence and encouraged students to make the most of the resources provided.  

In the afternoons, each college extended a warm welcome to its students, facilitating introductions with faculty members and department heads - allowing students to become familiar with the academic leaders who would guide them through their chosen fields of study.

Meanwhile, the National Service and Training Program Department conducted a dedicated orientation for students enrolled in NSTP subjects on September 11. The session covered NSTP requirements, community service opportunities, and the significance of active civic engagement.
