UCU Faculty gears up for 2022 acad year

Urdaneta City University conducted a faculty orientation and reorientation for all teaching personnel for the academic year 2022-2023 last November 3, 2022 at the University Gymnasium.

Rules and regulations to strictly observe regarding academic policies, work core values, health, and sanitation protocol, the iKonek learning system, Registrar policies, personnel matters, contracts, and compensation, and the UCUPA employee membership, were informatively discussed in the program.

The University believes that one of the most effective retention strategies for employees is for them to be well-informed about their duties and responsibilities in their different colleges, departments, and offices.
