A battle for wit and grit has been the thread for the second day of Urdaneta City University’s 57th Founding Anniversary celebration, and the Academic Challenge on March 1, 2023, held at the University Gymnasium has been one of its highlights.
Out of fourteen groups from the different colleges and programs of the University, the College of Pharmacy won the challenge, one of the known veterans of past academic challenge endeavors. The College of Information Technology Education came first runner-up, and the College of Health Sciences was named second runner-up.
Hosted by the College of Arts and Sciences, which also entered the Top Five finalists, all groups remarkably competed with one goal in mind: to win the ultimate quest for knowledge, proving that UCUians embody one of the core values of the University, the value of competence.
