Urdaneta City University, together with the College of Engineering and Architecture, congratulates its fifteen (15) UCUian newly registered Civil Engineers for passing the September 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examinations (CELE).
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced a total of 6,337 passers out of 17,062 examinees nationwide. The licensure examination was conducted from September 26 and 27, 2026.
