Urdaneta City University's Knights Reborn, alongside delegates from local colleges and universities (LCUs) across the country, joined the opening of the 15th Local Colleges and Universities Athletics Association (LCUAA) National Games 2026 on October 24, 2026, at the University of Eastern Pangasinan (UEP) in Binalonan, Pangasinan.
Representing the university's top officials, Dr. Josephine S. Lambinicio, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Hilarion V. Olimpo, Head of the Center for Student Leadership and Development's Sports and Physical Development Unit, showed their support for the UCU Knights Reborn as the delegation participated in the parade of athletes around the town proper of Binalonan. Following the parade, delegates from participating LCUs proceeded to the UEP football field for the traditional torch-lighting ceremony. During the event, LCUAA Executive Director Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega formally declared the 15th LCUAA National Games open, marking the start of the competition as participating institutions vie for medals and bring honor to their respective colleges and universities. The UCU Knights Reborn delegation was headed by Dr. Eleuterio S. C. Sison, UCU Personnel Association President and Officer for Athletes' Affairs and Operations, Dr. Nhorly U. Domenden, Director of the Center for Student Leadership and Development, Dr. Hilarion V. Olimpo, Head of the Sports and Physical Development Unit, Dr. Ryan Jayson V. Delos Reyes, Focal Person, and Mr. Oliver M. Begenio, Head Coach of the Sports and Physical Development Unit.
