Enrolment Procedure for New Students and Transferees

If the requirements are complete, this transaction can normally be completed in 1 hour.

Who must avail of the service:

New students and transferees who wish to enroll during the semester/summer.

Requirements for Enrolment:

  1. For new students
  • Form 137
  • Form 138
  • Certificate of Good Moral
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Birth Certificate issued by PSA
  • 2x2 Picture (2pcs)
  • NCAE Result
  • Medical Certificate
  1. For Transferees
  • Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal
  • Copy of Grades
  • Certificate of Good Moral
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Birth Certificate issued by PSA
  • Picture (2pcs) (size-2x2)
  • Medical Certificate


 

These are the online enrolment procedures:

Online Pre-enrolment

  • Click the link http://mis.ucu.edu.ph/enrol for pre-enrolment.
  • Enter the student ID number.
  • Answer the security question for validation.
  • Fill-up all the needed information.
  • Click submit button and take note of the ticket number or have it screenshot.

Online Enrolment

  • For online enrolment, click the link https://mis.ucu.edu.ph/ucuportal
  • Log-in using UCUPortal Account.
  • Enter the Ticket Number issued thru online pre-enrolment.
  • A security question will be asked for validation purposes.
  • Student can now select a course of her/his choice.
  • Issuance of ID number.
  • Selection of block/subjects to be enrolled.

 

Payment Thru Landbank

Student make payment thru landbank. Just follow the instructions to link: facebook.com/ucumisplus/photos/187665619626466

 

Approval of Subjects

Deans, Program Heads and selected faculty members will be the one to approve the subjects to be enroll by the students thru the web system. 

 

Printing of Subjects

  • The encoding section receives the list of approved subjects
  • Printing and issuance of registration form
  • Submit the printed registration for to the accounting office

Enrolment Procedure for Old Students

Old students who wish to enroll during the semester/summer.

Requirements for Enrolment:

  • Registration form
  • Evaluation Form​​​​​​

 

 

Substitution Form for transferees and shiftee

For online enrolment:

  • Submission of Requirements for Enrolment
  • Students can submit the scanned copy of their requirements for enrolment through the respective college social media page if in case the student is not able to submit it onsite.
  • For onsite submission, new students can submit their credentials to the guidance office personnel.

Online Pre-enrolment

  • Click the link http://mis.ucu.edu.ph/enrol for pre-enrolment.
  • Fill-up all the needed information’s.
  • Click submit button and take note of the ticket number or have it screenshot.

Online Enrolment

  • For online enrolment, click the link https://mis.ucu.edu.ph/ucuportal
  • Choose “new student”
  • Login using the Ticket Number issued thru online pre-enrolment.
  • A security question will be asked for validation purposes.
  • Student can now select a course of her/his choice.
