CEA building to rise :: Urdaneta City University

A groundbreaking ceremony of the new building took place for the College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) on January 24, 2020, at Urdaneta City University.

Urdaneta City Mayor Julio F. Parayno, III and UCU’s Acting University President Atty. Dar A. Diga, along with other University and City officials, College Deans and Heads, and CEA faculty members, smile for a group photo to celebrate the event.

Urdaneta City Mayor Julio "Rammy" F. Parayno III and UCU's Acting University President, Atty. Dar A. Diga led the ground breaking ceremony. The event was also attended by university officials, college deans and heads, CEA faculty members, and other city officials from the local government of Urdaneta who have shown support in the construction of the said infrastructure.

The four-story structure features twelve classrooms that will cater the growing population of the college. The CEA building is located at the back of the Orata Building-1 besides the Administrative Building. 


The construction endeavor is part of the expansion of the university facilities and infrastructure which has been cited as one of the key factors in the over-all development of the university.
