Mr. UCU finishes Campus King 2022 1st Runner-up; Miss UCU enters final round

Mr. UCU 2022 John Michael Polondaya was crowned first runner-up during the grand coronation night of the Pangasinan Campus King and Queen 2022 pageant at Robinsons Place Calasiao, Pangasinan, August 28, 2022.

Polondoya, a Bachelor of Phyhsical Education student, also bagged different awards in the said pageant including Mr. Athena Travel, Mr. Central Republic, Mr. JYUSU, Mr. Gerry's Grill, Mr. Sweet Blend Cafe, Mr. Siomai, Nisce Ambassador, Best in Street Wear, Best in Production Number, and Best in Creative Costume.

On his Facebook post, John Michael expressed his gratitude to those who supported his pageant journey.

“Throughout this memorable day, I have been uplifted and sustained by the knowledge that your thoughts and prayers were with me,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, Miss UCU 2022 Ralph Anne Miranda, a tourism management student, also joined Polondoya as one of the top seven finalists. She also notched various awards such as Miss Congeniality, Rjay B Cruz Exclusive Collection Choice Award, Harry Marzan Photographers Choice Award, Miss Hisense Choice Award, and Best in Talent 2nd Runner-up.
