UCU News: Urdaneta City Silver Charter Anniversary

Urdaneta City -- FIRST CITY in the entire province to accomplish and publish its Cultural Heritage Mapping Book and launches the FIRST-EVER Pinnaglakwan Festival as it celebrates 25 Years Charter Anniversary.

Urdaneta City's silver Charter Anniversary celebration, with this year's theme: “Biyayang kaloob ng Maykapal sa atin, Sama-sama nating tangkilikin; Maunlad na buhay na mithiin, Sabay-sabay nating abutin!”, is a celebration that acknowledges its public servants and front liners for its commitment and dedication to the City.

This marks a historic milestone for the city as it signifies its journey before becoming a component city through the promulgation of the Republic Act No. 8480 on March 21, 1998.
