UCU holds year 3 of “Bayanihan sa Unibersidad” program

In preparation for the new academic year, Urdaneta City University (UCU) successfully conducted its third annual "Bayanihan sa Unibersidad para sa Malinis na Pasilidad" from August 6 to 9, 2024. 

This university-wide cleanup initiative aimed to enhance the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of UCU’s facilities, fostering a welcoming environment for students and faculty alike.

The event was launched with a kick-off program on the first day at the UCU Quadrangle, gathering university representatives and supporters from various colleges, departments, and student organizations.

This year’s event also saw collaboration with the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, whose members joined the university community in promoting cleanliness and unity through volunteer efforts.

The sustained participation of both internal and external partners highlights UCU’s commitment to maintaining a clean, safe campus. UCU President expressed gratitude to all volunteers and partners, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in upholding a positive campus environment.
