UCU produces new midwives

Urdaneta City University Midwifery department recorded a 100 percent passing rate for first-time takers of the April 2022 Midwife Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Irene A. Dimaya, Kimberly A. Dimaya, and Feby Milene P. Vez were among the 733 out of 1,559 who passed the licensure examination conducted by the Board of Midwifery led by its Chairman, Mr. Melchor C, Dela Cruz Jr.

 

UCU garnered an overall institutional passing rate of 60 percent compared to the 47.02 percent national passing rate. It can be recalled that UCU Midwifery also garnered a 100 percent passing rate for first-time takers in the November 2021 MLE.
