UCU-CE program undergoes PRC online

UCU College of Engineering and Architecture - Civil Engineering program underwent a virtual ocular inspection and monitoring conducted by the Professional Regulatory Board of Civil Engineering (PRB-OCE) on March 14, 2024.

Chaired by Hon. Praxedes Bernardo, the PRB-OCE inspection included members Hon. Romeo Estanero and Hon. Pericles Dakay. Dr. John Adrian J. Malagotnot from PRC-RO1 Regulation Division provided assistance during the online inspection.

Meanwhile, UCU representatives were headed by Engr. Lorena Angulo, the College Dean of UCU-CEA, together with the college’s faculty members and staff. The college was supported and assisted by the Center for Quality Management headed by Dr. Prescila I. Marcelo, the Director for Accreditation together with her staff. 

One of the agenda of the inspection was to keep track of the Civil Engineering program’s board performance over the years. The qualifications of their faculty members, instruction, and laboratories were also discussed.
